Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you want (home, work, etc.).
How long will it take to receive my order and what does it cost?
If you’re on the peninsula 1-2 days. For islands and international shipments 4-6 days in normal periods of the year. Christmas usually takes longer because of the volume of shipments. Shipping within the peninsula has a cost of € 3.30 and for islands and international € 6.23. If the volume of the shipments grows we will try to reduce the costs.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of shipment. The day of delivery the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of your order. After two failed attempts by the agency to deliver your order, it will be returned to our head office.
What do I have to do to return an item?
Wrap it properly and send it to the address that appears in Contact (Calle Cristobal Bordiu 13, 28003, Madrid ATT Helena Chamorro), indicating that it is a return and the reason.
What is the deadline for making a return?”
The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date you receive it.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made your purchase.

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the inner labels), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

Mover´s Bag reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns are not allowed if the garments do not have the corresponding label, stains are observed, have been used or are damaged.
Items purchased must be carefully packaged in the original packaging and must include the delivery note or return form duly completed.
